B36 Tórshavn have secured their ninth Faroese title, and first since 2005, after goals from Simun Joensen and Lukasz Cieslewicz sealed a 2-1 victory at NSÍ Runavík that left the capital side four points clear of EB/Streymur with one match left.
EB needed the leaders to fail to win both their games and were given a glimmer of hope when Klæmint Olsen levelled the scores with 61 minutes gone, full-back Joensen having headed in his eighth goal of the campaign from Súni Olsen's free-kick ten minutes before the interval. Polish forward Cieslewicz ended the suspense with nine minutes left, however, claiming his 15th strike this season following a fine solo run.
After the match, coach Mikkjal Thomassen expressed his delighted with the progress his side have made over the season. He said: "We've been very focused on what we've wanted to achieve, but the results have come quicker than we expected and it's gone better than we dared to dream about. We're extremely pleased."Captain Klæmint Matras praised the part good coaching played in the triumph, meanwhile. "The decisive factor has been the good mix we have in the squad and also the fantastic coaching pair of Mikkjal Thomassen and John Petersen, who have been so organised all the way through," he explained.

EB/Streymur finished 2nd at 19-3-5 with 66 goals for and 32 goals against. They also won the Faroe Islands Cup.
If you are talking about Arnbjørn Hansen then he got 13 goals and 5 assists. I cannot find anyone named Alex that actually scored any goals.

Well along the page of top goal scorers on Wikipedia it shows the Polish flag so maybe he has not decided. Since the Faroe Islands Premier League is not professional Cieslewicz does not have his own article that would tell you more.

I think you are talking about Alex dos Santos and he actually is a defender. I have no info about his assists, but he scored 5 goals.
