Pav does score some great goals, but there's more to it than that. He usually puts no effort in and 9/10 will put the ball in the stand or lose it after a great passing move. He doesn't hold the ball up well at all. Adebayor & Defoe > Pav & Defoe/Pav &Adebayor

It was talked about in the commentary. Walker bombs it to an onside position before the ball is struck, plus I kept thinking that Newcastle do the same thing and worse because S Taylor hardly moves once the ball is struck. Whoever asked about Sandro's mouth guard I don't know why he does, but Gomes has worn one in the past so I can only assume it's a Brazilian thing about coming to Tottenham.
