He has the temperament of a spoilt child, his finishing ability is one of the worst for a striker in the premier league. His teamwork and passing range, leaves alot to be desired.

He has much to work on to even contendt for a palce among the top 5 strikers in the league, let alone player of the year.

But in all seriousness Rooney will probably end up getting it if he keeps up the form he showed in the beginning of the season.
