Why do you need to delete it anyway? You can change pretty much anything you want, position, name, height/weight, etc. Or do you want to start over or something?

On the xbox I think you can delete him from the hard drive from the dashboard.

On my PS3, I went to game saves area and deleted the game face saved file as well as the personal settings one. Sadly, I had to remake my whole VP and do the accomplishments again but it did fix it. 
It's a bug they are having with downloading game face at the moment.

I didn't like my game face for FIFA 11 and I couldn't change it. So I decided not to bother with game face for FIFA 12.

Whenever I try to download my gameface it freezes. What the fuck EA sort it out lol
