Gomes or Almunia
Rumor has it Gomes is on his way out. Me and my Arsenal fan bud always laughed and argued about how terrible Gomes and Almunia were.Who would you rather have?

A rock and a very hard place. Maybe Gomes, he has decent games on occasion.

Gomes is utter horseshit, saying that, words to describe Almunia evade me.

Almunia is better than any Keeper in the Prem so easy choice.

Gomes is shit, but Almunia.... Well let's just say I don't know if he would do a good job even in the Polish league.

You lot don't give credit where it is due for Gomes, he is a good keeper, just prone to the odd mistake every now and again

With Almunia you are not expecting much... erm anything actually.
With Gomes, you are expecting a decent keeper atleast, he may be good once in a while but then bounces back with dog shit.

The odd mistake? Try 3 per game. He did have some quality games but nowhere near enough.

Try at the very end of our season, the season before and most of last season Gomes was quality, but then he dropped off, sad to see really.
