Bold advert that. It's a serious matter though. Listening to John Hartson before his charity match last week was a real eye opener. If treated early the treatment is minor compared to what it would be if you were to let it develop.

Noticed it some months ago myself, went to the doctor and they said it's completely harmless, if it's been with you for years and if it's not directly at/in a testicle it's most likely nothing to worry about, still if you're unsure better go to a doctor.
