Further, I have never heard anything atheist claim that 'Scientists prooved [sic] that God doesn't exist'. These are what's known as strawman arguments.

The "idiots" part of the image is right because it is idiotic to say any of those things, but the rest of it is implying that you shouldn't need to back up your beliefs, which doesn't make sense.

I don't think the point of the image is the semantics of what they're saying in the middle. The point is just believe what you believe and get on with it. What's the point in arguing? You're hardly going to convert someone who's willing to argue their point that strongly and even if you did what difference would it make? You get a hard on because you "won"? Just not worth it.

I've always thought it's their responsibility for how they want to use their life, not mine. I do believe that religion is a waste of time, but so long as it doesn't waste my time I don't care.

If you believe something and don't go around preaching it, then that is your right. You shouldn't have to explain yourself on request....if they don't want to bother themselves with the hassle of it and do not do anything to make themselves a hypocrite.....then it's fine.

You said religious people believe so and so. You are required to specify further or else it is perfectly fair to assume you were referring to all of them. If I say "Manchester United fans are narcissistic cunts who regularly commit acts of bigotry", I wouldn't only be describing a group of United fans, I would be referring to all of them and hence I have committed a sweeping generalization.

Actually, I think the image is spot on.
