He was a well know hooligan by the sound of things
They will more than likely be charged with man slaughter because I am no expert but for it to be murder it has to be premeditated. By the sounds of this it was a random attack on a rival fan, but we don't know the intentions of the fans. I don't see them being charged on murder.

You're right about one thing - you're not an expert. A killing doesn't have to be premeditated to be murder, that is a common myth. If one intends to kill or inflict grievous bodily harm on another person and kills them then it is murder.
However, there are defences - if a killing is done in self defence, in a situation which the defendant has not created unlawfully, then no crime occurred. If there is a temporary loss of control then it is manslaughter, equally if it was a minor attack which accidentally killed the person then it is manslaughter.

So it was Swansea fans and not England fans. R.I.P didn't think a British person would kill over football obviously they would.
And Polska I would be happy for Poland to independently host the EURO2012 but not Ukraine as I can name a few things that put me of Ukraine.

Re: Wales fan murdered outside Wembley
It was an England fan after all.
http://news.uk.msn.com/uk/england-fan-jailed-for-fatal-attack-18
An England football fan who killed a Wales fan outside Wembley Stadium in a "heartbreaking" attack has been jailed for three years at the Old Bailey.
Michael Dye, 44, died from head injuries inflicted by what one witness described as a single "sickening punch" before a crucial Euro 2012 qualifier between England and Wales on September 6.
Ian Mytton, 41, of Gately Close, Redditch, pleaded guilty to the manslaughter of the father-of-three last month and wept in court as he was sentenced.
In a statement read out in court, the victim's wife Nathalie Dye, who wiped tears from her eyes throughout the sentencing, said: "The man who caused Mike's death might as well have killed me that night. Part of me died alongside Mike. The only thing to look forward to is being with my darling husband once again."
CCTV footage showed Mytton approaching Dye on a concourse outside the stadium, in north-west London, before punching him once at about 7.20pm, 25 minutes before the match kicked off, and then walking away.
Mr Dye was taken to Northwick Park Hospital after suffering a fractured skull but died soon after his arrival. Prosecutor Philip Bennetts QC said one eyewitness described the punch as "sickening".
"It was something you would see in a boxing ring," said the witness. "As a football fan I have seen many scuffles but the force of that punch was such that it was something I will never forget," said the witness.
There were sobs from the public gallery as Mytton's sentence was read out. He was sentenced to three years in jail that will take into account the 100 days he has already spent in custody. After he has served half his sentence, Mytton will be released on licence.
Mytton has also been handed a six-year football banning order prohibiting him from attending football matches inside and outside the UK.
Mr Dye, from Ely, was a prominent Cardiff City supporter who used to help arrange transport for away games. He worked as a stonemason for Cardiff council's highways department and used to post about his beloved Bluebirds on the Cardiff City Forum internet site.

I was about to say, why are England and Wales fans clashing right now?
