Like me at the moment, I play for Southend and I support Colchester, and to be honest I hate it, but I have to do whats best.
Would you play for your rivals?

I remember my mate, who is an Ipswich fan, saying if he played for Ipswich he would never leave them, no matter what the circumstances. Even if he had offers from the biggest and best clubs in the world.
That is stupid. If I played for Bristol Rovers and Barcelona was like we want you I'd go without even having to think about it. It doesn't make you any less of a fan if you do leave them it's life.JMB_94 wrote:Of course you would if you wanted to be a professional footballer.

Look at Scott Sinclair he was a Bath City fan but moved to us (considered a rival) and now look at him. If it betters your career it shouldn't matter who the team is.

He isn't a moron loads of people like to believe they are the ultimate fan and would never leave the club if they played for them, I'm sure if he was put in the postion it would be a different answer.JMB_94 wrote:Mutant123 wrote:That is stupid.
