It would be awesome if the champions league could be done without seeding for the draws so no one had any particular advantage or maybe 100% knockout like back in the European Cup day. Something to ease the tad of fixture congestion but I guess having Manchester United v FC Santa Coloma could get rather ugly very quickly.

BATE has done nicely in Europe recently making pot three really shows the improvement of Eastern Euroepan football. The Belarusian league seems almost like a legit league these days.

Dortmund and Napoli in pot 4 are a bitch.. BATE ends up in pot 3 cause of decent EL run last year and FC Copenhagens failure.
Would like Bayern München/Arsenal, Valencia, Ajax & Viktoria Plzen.
While i think Ajax could be a contender for EL if they ended on the 3rd spot it just would be a lot more fun to have the team go through to the next round, although odds are probably against, even if drawn against the "weakest" pot 1 and 2 teams which imo is what i picked out. Barcelona could be fine too, while i don't like them, a lot of Ajax players, staff and fans alike are big fans of Barcelona not to mention the similar playing styles.

It is all based on a teams recent performance in Europe. BVB were not in any European tournament from 2005 to 2008 and got no points for there coefficent from those years while Arsenal have been involved in European tournaments for all of those years. That is the main factor when it comes to making these pots.
