Because we always do and it works, as soon as we go with Rooney and someone last season we lose, fuck that.

You're right, tough choice - go with the formation that always works, or go with a formation where you are unproven at best and have negative results at worst. Hmm....what to do?

Last time Arsenal were as vulnerable as they are now was when we played them in April, we played 4-4-2, Hernandez was nearly as good as he was against Barcelona, and we looked dreadful.VivaRonaldo wrote:Yes but when was the last time Arsenal were as vulnerable as they are now.. might aswell go for the jugular.

Still pretty confident we can do them with a 442/4411

If only we had O'Shea to put in another majestic central midfield performance.

Past two seasons Rooney as a lone striker.
do you not remember how boring those matches were, especially the 1-0
i think with the defensive and midfield problems arsenal have i feel we need to go at them from the start. it could backfire but better then sitting back and giving them easy possession and hoping we can break on them
i think the way we started we should keep the formation

Who cares if a game is boring as long as you win?

Don't forget Gibson.kyro7 wrote:If only we had O'Shea to put in another majestic central midfield performance.
Fuck being entertained. Yeah, we wanna play good football every game. But I'd rather play shite and win than play really well and not get the 3 points.

Probably just wanted to fill the gaps so it doesn't look like he's actually going fucking bald, looks fine.
But would be interesting to see it more forward.
