Anyone else think its time for Berba to move on?
Yes, he is without a doubt a good player but with the likes of Welbeck and Hernandez looking like good prospects i feel its time for Berbatov to move on.

He's a good player but i'd rather give the younger ones more of a chance than him tbh.

If you want to challenge for all four trophies you need to keep Berba. If we sold him and say Welbeck got an injury we would only have Macheda and Diouf to back up Chica and Rooney and let's be honest them two won't make it at United.

Dimitar Berbatov will be a vital additiion to the squad this season.

No i do understand the concept of a squad. Obviously someone dumb like you would jump to conclusions like this. Not at one point did i say we should sell him because he won't play. The reason i feel we should sell Berbatov is because promising youth like Hernandez and Welbeck. Yes Macheda and Diouf probably won't make it but if we sell Berbatov we'll still have Owen who is a decent finisher.

That made me laugh.

If Rooney gets injured then Dimitar berbatov will be the vital key to step in as number 1 striker.

At present Dimitar Berbatov, in reality, is our number 2 striker, he, is just best used as the main striker, something he can't be when Rooney is on the pitch

I don't think we should sell him this month. Maybe in January or next summer but i don't think we should keep him for another year tbh.

Ok, i lied. But if needed Owen can put in a decent shift for the last 10-15 minutes of a game.
