Im not trying to "troll". But when I saw the Suarez penalty incident again today it looked like he might has just kicked his heel.

The Lampard penalty incident should be an interesting one. It was clear that Lampard was fouled, yet he started to go over before the tackle, meaning he effectively dived. I'd be interested to see others views on the incident.

Who was nominated for the panel anyway?

Lampard saw the defenders leg and leaned toward, didnt see Torres' incident but Lamps was correctly a non call.

Torres one was definitely a penalty, Lampard one was a dive and a booking.

The major mistake from Lampard was falling early. Maybe the referee still wouldn't have given the penalty, but there is a much better chance that he would have if Lampard had stayed on his feet until contact was made.
