I can't believe they paid him wages that were worth that much with his injury record. He was undoubtedly an excellent player, but that was a massive risk and it hasn't paid off.

Or even better, Aiming average and beating that expectation by miles, 15 years ago, the Colchester Chairman wanted to be a decent Division Three team (League Two) within 10 years. But at the end of them ten years we ended the season in tenth in the Championship, our highest ever finish.
