All eyes on City tonight, but credit to Swansea, played some really nice stuff in the first half.

I think they'll give alot of teams problems this season, how do you think they'll do? think

    They will.

Derby will still have the least points in a season at the end of the campaign.

Really, some of their football was great to watch, I think alot of the smaller teams in the league will find it tough to beat them.

Dyer and Sinclair were nice to watch, but I don't think they can stay up.

Swansea completed 486 passes in tonight's match – more than any other side in the PL this weekend (& 144 more than Manchester City)

Swansea passed it around.......big whoop considering that they were mostly backwards. Rarely got forwards....even more rarely found Graham......who was completely stranded up front.

Swansea can pass but......they can't move it up the pitch in the same way that Silva and Toure can. Which......considering the class of those two isn't too bad but it's the reality they have to face....this isn't the Championship any more, and trying to lure teams on to you and play it around the back with fast wingers will rarely work.

They played some nice football and they will be one of the better teams to watch in the Premier League. They look like Blackpool, although they have a much more organised system that doesn't only rely on all-out attack.

They played their best football when coincidentally City was playing their worst football, which was at the very start of both teams' first PL game. From about 20' onward it was just Swansea sitting back and letting wave after wave of offensive barrages hit them.

Despite playing some nice one-touch football in the first part of the game, they still only managed a single attempt in the first half, and really did not look threatening.

Then again, their entire payroll is something like 14M, and they were playing easily the strongest squad in the PL. I think their upcoming home games will really show their true colors. Today against City they looked a side to be relegated, but at home against the likes of Sunderland and Wigan they will be able to play a bit more of their style of football.

I think they have a pretty decent shot at staying up, especially if they can have a good home record.
