Gerd Muller has 67 I think, Messi surely has to beat that. What a fine specimen hopefully he keeps this up by the time I turn 18 so I can bet on him being first goalscorer in every game without having to worry.

Make sure you add options up to 100+ next season as he is on course for 71+ this season based on goals per games.

3/1 is the bare minimum I think, usually 4/1 against most teams and 5/1 or 5/2 against the top teams, I think.

I recall Jamie winning quite a bit earlier in the season when Barca drubbed Osasuna 8 - 0 he won £30 from Messi scoring when it was like 3 - 0.

They haven't got FGS prices yet for their next game cause they don't know the teams but assuming he's 1/7 you'd get 143 quid profit if you bet 1k.

I wasn't talking about anytime goalscorer by the way, just noticed.

Ronaldo is 7/4 as first goalscorer against Apoel and his odds are always similar to Messi's.

First goalscorer is more risky though. I bet that if you bet on him to be first scorer each week then you'd lose more than you'd win.

Yeah then you go into in-play betting and keep putting £10s on Messi as next goalscorer.

You'd still lose more than you'd win. I know someone who used to always bet hundreds each time on Barcelona and Real Madrid to win every week and he said it's not worth it.
