Re: West Ham v Cardiff City
West Ham have a strong line-up for a Championship team:
Green
O'Brien - Tomkins - Reid - Ilunga
Noble - Parker - Nolan
Sears - Piquionne - Taylor
Parker isn't even the captin.

Shouldn't matter if he's in the championship if he's playing well enough.

What a stupid comment. The quality of league he is in obviously does matter.

Yeh the quaility of the league isnt as good but he shouldn't be overlooked just because he's in the championship if you cant grasp thats what i was saying you are fucking thick.

Re: West Ham v Cardiff City
Even if he was still playing in the EPL he's still not good enough. When England played against Switzerland he looked so out of his depth it was laughable, he was struggling to even pass the ball more than 5 yards.
And yes, playing at Championship level just dosen't cut it for the England national team.

Re: West Ham v Cardiff City
He was one of the best midfielders in the league last season. Playing in the championship doesnt make him shit. I wouldn't pick him for England but 1 bad game against the swiss so what.

I think Parker is another one of those players that looks good in a shit team, now that he's playing in the Championship it won't cut it. He didn't even have an off day against Switzerland, he's just not good enough.

Re: West Ham v Cardiff City
West Ham do have a very strong squad for this league. If they can get the new players to gel with the current ones and avoid losing their main players, then they're almost certainly going to get promoted.
Kind of remind me of Newcastle a couple of years ago in a way.

Cardiff are getting more and more into the game.
Some decent passers, but predictably Miller and Earnshaw having trouble holding the ball up. Conway looks lively but is rough around the edges.
Piquionne is stranded up front...needs some help.

Re: West Ham v Cardiff City
I wonder how Miller will do. It would be an embarrassing situation for Scottish football if he flopped, considering he was ripping the division apart until he left it last season.

Exactly.
Thank God saner heads prevailed at Chelsea if we were indeed looking at him.

Don't see it happening. Miller has done well in the Championship before.....I think it is tougher now and he won't score as many but Championship > SPL.

It happens a lot now. McDonald and Boyd ripped the SPL apart at times, but they've struggled to replicate that form since their moves down south.

West Ham fans are scummy bastards. Hope the fuckers rot in the championship for years.
