Mancini was wrong to bring off Balotelli

The whole situation has been taken out of hand imo, But I can see were Mancini is coming from Balotelli has the potential to become a legend in the sport if he cuts out all the bullshit like this and the darts etc: I think Mancini just wanted to make an example out of him to the rest of the team.

I agree. He could be one of the best but no one will take him seriously if he is making a prat of himself. Taking him off was wrong, a quiet word and send him back on would have been more than enough. Both acted like little kids, Mancini for taking him off and then Balotteli walking away and not taking his place on the bench.

Taking him off lets the whole team know that Mancini means business also can you blame Balo for walking away? Must have been seriously emberassing for him with that many people in the stadium as well as it being televised, He would of known that the second the substitute was announced it would be all over the press, This stories will probably dominate the back pages tommorow
