    August 2010:

    EPL:
    Man City 2 - 2 Tottenham
    Balotelli (15) Lennon (17)
    Lescott (20) Viera OG (43)

Mario Balotelli opened up the scoring with a fierce shot from 18 yards out only for Tottenham winger Aaron Lennon to equalise 2 minutes later with a powerful header thanks to a cross from Modric, To everyone's disbelief Lescott fired home 3 minutes later to put the home side back in front, Tottenham were lucky to escape with a draw and have to be thankful for Viera's agonising own goal.

    EL:
    HJK 0 v 3 Man City
    Tevez (4)
    Milner (48)
    Tevez (77)

Manchester went into this match as firm favourites and dominated the Finnish outfit in all areas of the pitch. Carlos Tevez hit the back of the net in the 4th minute and this set the mood for the rest of the match. Shortly after the break James Milner doubled Manchester City's lead with a close range shot. Tevez popped up again in the 77th minute with a poachers effort giving Man City 3 vital away goals ahead of the second leg at Eastlands next Wednesday.

    EPL:
    West Ham 1 - 2 Man City
    Basturk (17) Lukaku (88,90)

Super sub Romelu Lukaku aged at just 17 years old made an emphatic debut appearance for Manchester City today at Upton Park, Yildiray Basturk gave the Hammers an early lead in the 17th minute with a real poachers effort, With the score still standing at 1-0 in the 85th minute City manager Pat Mycock made the controversial decision to bring on Lukaku in place of Carlos Tevez, Just 3 minutes later Lukaku equalised for the blues with a well placed shot, this was then followed by a finely executed long range effort to give Man City the lead in injury time.

    EL
    Man City 2-0 HJK - 5-0 agg
    Adebayor (57,85)

Manchester City went into this match with a 3-0 lead but that didn't stop them going out scoring more, The first half of the match finished goalless and it wasn't until 57th minute that we we were treated to a goal but what a goal it was, Adebayor fired it home from distance much to the delight of the home fans, The Togo international fired home again in the 85th minute to seal the win for the blues. Recent singing Tom Cairney made his debut for City today putting in a solid performance and was on the pitch for the full 90 minutes.

Wolves suffered a heavy defeat at the hands of Manchester City today, Winger David Silva gave Man City the lead 15 minutes into the game with a powerful shot from the edge of the box, City were then gifted a penalty as Adebayor was brought down in box Barry stepped up and tucked it away. Wolves were able to pull one back just 4 minutes later thanks to an impressive goal from Kevin Doyle however David Silva ruined any dreams of a comeback just 5 minutes later with his second goal of the game, Adebayor wrapped up a 4-1 win with a perfectly executed finish in the 76th minute.

I'm playing 4-2-3-1 so he's upfront as a lone striker, I'm using him as a rotation player, Since I've just got 1 striker he's behind Adebayor & Tevez for selection

oh, ok cool. I'm using him as a target man in 4-1-2-1-2. He's also my rotation player, but since Van Persie is injured all the time he gets to play alot.
