50/50 tbh. Could work or could turn out to be a epic fail. If only Gilberto Silva kept up his fitness after 2010 WC Brazil - Page 2 9905
Seems too attacking to me and with their fullbacks, those two at DM probably wouldn't be the best choice.

Possibly but with Hulk/Nene wide they could track back to cover the full backs. I would assume Sandro/Hernanes will play how Wilshere and Song play for Arsenal neither of them actually being holding midfielders. I don't think Brazil actually have a true holding midfielder. Not one able to make the first team anyway. Melo would get murdered by the fans Laughing

Sandro is a defensive midfielder and Hernanes is adept there. There is even a case to be made that being played as a CAM at Lazio is not his best position.

Sandro gets forward too often even when played at DM, he's quick and makes good recovery tackles but he shouldn't be that far forward for a DM in the first place.

Not doubting Hernanes, but him and Sandro v top international teams doesn't really sound reassuring.

@George: Where did I say otherwise? There is an argument that can be made that he would be even better playing in a deeper position.

@Marvin: I see your point, but I think it could work. Sandro can stay in that deep position well if you tell him to.

No no, I'm not saying that..

I'm saying if CAM is not his best position then him playing his best position he'd be unstoppable. Laughing

But he played deep in Sao Paulo.

Pato isn't overrated. He might not ball consistently in the CL but he's always been solid domestically in Italy and is decent for Brazil.

He's just under 22, and he already has 50 goals in Serie A, with almost a goal every other game.

And goalscoring arguably isn't even his primary talent; he's a technical beast too.

Why don't you rate him fluffy?

As long as hulk/neymar cut inside i think it would work. Also pato could maybe be benched for another striker but yeah. I can't remember many players for some reason Laughing

he was a beast against us too. For me when the best team in your league loses out to a 5th place team from another league, you are just not that good.

I don't honestly care which one we go with, but the majority of the country itself seems to like it with an S, so I figured that's the fairer way to go.
