Poulsen to Spurs

Rumors indicate that Spurs are after the Danish world cup player, Poulsen.

Poulsen, was one of the best players Denmark had during the world cup, where he played all the matches.

He is set to make a £7 million move to Spurs during the winter transfer period.

If only

Spurs have cheated themselves if this is true.

If the only thing from Simon Poulsen you've seen in the world cup was the own goal, then I have every right to say you have no fucking idea what you're talking about.

He was one of our best players during our 3 matches, showing really good offensive and defensive qualies. Afterwards, he got an unlucky injury, which means he hasn't played at all this season.

Point is going to have a heart attack if this is true.

I have to admit that I haven't seen much of him on the LB position, but what I've seen, he's been really good.

Denmark were pretty poor though so him being one of the best performers for Denmark doesn't mean too much.

I watched a few of your games and going by memory only Rommedahl impressed.

You're right that it doesn't say much to be one of our best performers, and Rommedahl was, ironically, our best.

That being said, Simon Poulsen were the most solid player at the back and, apart from that own goal, didn't cost us anything. He also went forward pretty well when needed.
