It's fine, a lot like all the others. There's no scouting or youth teams, but the youth teams were always shit anyway.
The more trohpies, games, and honors that you win the higher your reputation goes. If you have a higher reputation, you are better received by potential signings and the boards.
If you start out at a big club and have no manager prestige, if you dont come out flying then you may get sacked so be careful if you start at a big club.
