The FA need stop hand feeding idiots.
The U21 position should be an important position, about bringing players through.
The FA see it as a pointless job where they can help out their old pal Pearce because he isn't suitable for any other managers job.
There's no room for sentiment in success.

Stop hiring friends and start hiring people who can do a job.

He's expected to teach/guide players, if he didn't have experience in being an England player he wouldn't have got the job simple as

Surely the clubs where the players spend 300 out of the 365 days of the year are expected to teach the players, and not the manager that sees them for 20 days?
