Words/phrases that make you cringe

I have a couple, but more when I remember them, try to give examples too.

1. Lad - Usually used by dickheads on Facebook, "Got with some proper fittie last night", next comment, "LAD" followed by 3032 likes.

2. Banter - "For the banter innit"

Lad is especially cringy when teenage girls say it.

Not a word or phrase but I hate the 'xD' face.
