    21st August - Leicester kept up their perfect start to the league campaign with a 1-0 win at home to Hull City.

    The only goal of the game came from big centre-back Sol Bamba, who nodded in a Yuki Abe free-kick at the back post on 62 minutes.

    Hull had a number of chances to equalise, but Dele Adebola missed a glorious chance with 10 minutes to go.

    28th August - Leicester City suffered their first league loss of the season, going down 2-0 to relegated-Premiership side Blackpool.

    In a sunny day at the seaside, the action didn't kick off until the 72nd minute when Matt Phillips smashed the ball home from close range after Brett Ormerod's long range effort was tipped onto the bar by Kasper Schmeichel, but Phillips put in the rebound.

    Ormerod turned provider again on 89 minutes, when he ran to the byline and pulled the ball back to captain Charlie Adam, who smashed the ball into the far corner of the goal.
