He was our best player for a number of months, apart from that he hasn't performed to his price-tag consistently since joining.

I'm not convinced with Nasri, he never impressed me before his couple of months this season.

Nasri is class and it will be a huge dent for us if he went to an EPL club. I doubt we would make top 4 next season.

And you'll still make a profit on him, you must be delighted with recent developments.

Absolutely, I hope him, Adebayor and Clichy have a jolly good catch up.
Number of players to move for more cash: 4, if Clichy and Nasri are confirmed.

They clearly know that but were pointing out they were discussing Nasri as well as Clichy it seems.

That's what I was hoping when they broke the news on Torres.

Well with Klose and riquelme they could be an unstoppable force.Chris wrote:Playing on the wing... in the middle he will be absolutely immense.Mc Babel wrote:I'm not convinced with Nasri, he never impressed me before his couple of months this season.Very funny.Scott wrote:Chris wrote:Nasri is class and it will be a huge dent for us if he went to an EPL club. That's right keep telling yourself that. We said the same about Torres.

Torres actually wanted to leave. Nasri has never said he wanted to leave. Most people are just hanging onto rumors, etc.

Torres said he never wanted to leave, until he handed in a transfer request.

Clichy and Nasri aren't moving for cash, they're moving to a team who have actually qualified for the Champions League next season.crump wrote:ResurrectionRooney wrote:crump wrote:He was our best player for a number of months, apart from that he hasn't performed to his price-tag consistently since joining.

Don't be so naive. If they say 'Nasri's agent meets with City', it's technically true, and it gets people watching, they don't have a fucking clue went on in the conversation.

Point proven. Nasri has not done any of those things or hinted at any desire to leave other than the stores the press has run with.

Point out to me where I stated what was discussed. I simply stated that The Times were on the ball hours before Sky Sports got a sniff of Citys interest in Nasri and meetings with his agent.

That is so in depth to the conversations that took place.
