You will get a lot of hate for this thread and I will get a lot of hate for this comment but at this time, the evidence would suggest that to be true.
Overall Ireland may not have a better team than the English but it is clear that there is a very good team spirit, they have a better manager and that manager seems fully committed.
This Ireland side might not win anything but they could certainly get to a major tournament for the first time in a while and make an impact in that tournament, whether it be the Euros or World Cup.
