Lewandowski?
How is this guy? I heard great things about him a couple of years ago, and I heard he was linked with Blackburn ages ago. Seems to gone off the radar, whats everyones opinion on him.

Re: Lewandowski?
He is probably one of the world's best prospects for future class poacher.. but that isn't saying much, as there aren't many such prospects.
He is good in all areas from his aerial ability to his pace and acceleration, to his composure and finishing and technique, and mentally is well set as well. I think he will eventually become a great poacher. Could be a regular 20-25 goal a season striker in the Bundesliga.
Wouldn't say he is ready for a move to another club yet, and there would be no reason to, Dortmund are on the up, he just joined them, and Blaszczykowski(who he has great understanding with), Piszczek, and a couple of Dortmund's German-Pole youth like Ginczek are at the club. Everything is great for him at the moment.

Re: Lewandowski?
Yeah, I heard he doesn't do much all game, then he'll get one chance and take it boom. Will be good to see how he does as I've always been curious about him.

Still developing, but a very classy player in the making. Polska's said the rest.

Re: Lewandowski?
Actually, what's been happening is that he has been played mostly as an impact sub, or starting in Kagawa's spot at AMC.
He had a little run upfront when Barrios was injured for a few games and wasn't quite so ready. (Scored significantly less than he did as impact sub/kagawa role.)
he doesn't do much all game? TBH this was my impression of Rew when he was at Lech Poznan. Always thought he was maybe overrated a bit, but this season at Dortmund's been different. He way surpassed my expectations and it looks like Klopp's done some amazing things with his development. (particularly his work rate, before he was more laid-back like teammate Barrios)

Re: Lewandowski?
Haha! What a guess then, I'm sure it was a mid-table Prem team, so took a stab in the dark.

Yes they do, and an angel loses its wings every time he scores a goal.

I'm glad I'm not the only one who feels this way.

Re: Lewandowski?
Gomez also glamourizes bullfights with his stupid celebration after every sweaty goal.

Lewandowski is a very good player. I don't know what Polska is talking about but he's more than just a poacher. He drops deep and his overall play is very good rather than just being a limited poacher like Gomez. He's also too good for Blackburn (no offense to anyone).

Re: Lewandowski?
That is funny. He has absolutely nothing else to his game apart from being a poacher. Hes not even the best poacher in the world Higuain is better.

That's why Gomez scores more goals. You can't deny he is one of the best
strikers in the world, when you look at a striker that scores as many
goals as him a season then that should be all you want.I would rather
take 30+ goals a season from a poacher that can only poach rather than
20 from somebody who comes back to defend etc. Thats what defenders and
midfielders are for.

RVP, Cavani, Tevez, Ibra, Rooney, Agüero are better than him, just to name a few.
Gomez is a poacher, adds nothing to the team, can't even get past Klose for Germany

Has nothing to do with the amount of defensive work he puts in. He doesn't offer anything creatively and isn't capable of carving out chances for himself.
