Re: WWE Chat Thread
If Cena and Orton fucked off, I really don't see many of the current crop being able to step up.

Re: WWE Chat Thread
I don't see them two as stars that are difficult to emulate. I mean if we just ignored the little jimmies, there are much better main-eventers out there.
If CM Punk stayed on.
If Chris Jericho returns.
Sheamus can be the monster heel, main eventer.
Drew McIntyre still has potential, I'm holding out for him. He's got the looks, pretty decent wrestler, but needs work on his charisma.
ADR has his destiny.
The Miz certainly has it in him, if he was a face he would get huge crowd reactions.
Barrett.
Not saying these people will all become the faces of the wwe, but main eventers at one point or another.

I'm going to miss Punk.

Re: WWE Chat Thread
Batista left because he wanted to try out MMA, at the age of 41
Wish Barrett would get his chance on SD, I thought losing the IC belt would push him on to the WHC, but the way he lost it just made him look weak, so probably not

That picture of Batista now is freaky.. like he has normal arms
IMO Orton should only be a heel, he was the best heel when he was one in 2009 (along with Jericho, Punk, Edge). Orton as a face just doesn't seem right to me. And I believe it's time for Cena to turn heel, or at least tease it (unless they're waiting for WrestleMania build-up time?). R-Truth is certainly on his way up there, despite the weak looking defeat on Sunday. Miz does A LOT of PR stuff for WWE so he does have it in him to be the face but I just prefer him to be for the moment. Barrett, McIntyre, Sheamus and Mason Ryan should form some sort of British stable (I know Sheamus is ROI but it's WWE they wouldn't pay much (if any) attention to that) with Regal as manager and dominate one brand or both. WWE's version of British Invasion in TNA.

Yeah but WWE will never do it. I'll do it on WWE '12 if they're all on the game though.

I know, he's from ROI, but the WWE are stupid enough to not pay any attention to that. Besides I want him in the group so he's got to in there some way, maybe pledge allegiance to Britain instead of ROI?
WWE won't do it anyway knowing them.

Unfortunately. He's with Hogan in TNA.
Wish Angle was still with WWE, and RVD

Same, but they both prefer the lighter schedule and I don't blame them for that. I just want Hogan, Flair and Bischoff gone. But I won't go into TNA (whoops meant iMPACT Wrestling) matters as this is a WWE chat thread.

yeah, Strikeforce (a smaller promotion that UFC) were apparently close to giving him a 3 match deal, but then they got bought out and Dave's chances of a MMA courier () were all but gone. Now he's opened up an MMA gym so he's still trying for it
There was rumours that the last fight of the 3 match deal would of been against former WWE superstar Bobby Lashley...
Remember him?
