That's what I was doing in the 4 months. I got bigger, which should have been motivation enough, but these days it's just like. I really can't be arsed. I'm too lazy.

Scott if your friend has been training 2-4 years dude needs a new routine or a better diet. If you're just a skinny guy would take 8 months to get like that, most probably less.
