What do you do?


I just got a stationary bike to get back in shape. Started today went about 25 minutes, went pretty hard between 13-15 MPH usually and burned 250 calories. Imagine it will work better if I slow down, then I can go for a lot longer time but it was a good workout.

Anybody know how to transfer MPH to RPM? Or to determine heartrate when on a bike?
