2. They always seem to say "stud were showing," so nothing. Unless there's a rule that you need boots on at all times.
3. Indirect free kick. It was still an intentional back pass.

1) Goal then stop play after to give the goalkeeper treatment.
2) Freekick and possibly a yellow card, depends how serious it looked to the referee I suppose.
3) If it was intentional then I would say award an indirect freekick to the other team. If it wasn't intentional wave play on.
