If you go to the video the uploader has made this comment 
Just to clear this up the player didn't make an earlier tackle for an advantage to go on, was not on a yellow card and you can't have an advantage when it's a red card tackle. The game literally just stopped randomly and the black guy got sent off. Now accept the banter, laugh and enjoy!

I was gonna say that you can't have an advantage for a red card offense on FIFA. Must have been a very random glitch.

I remember playing FIFA 08 with my mate and my keeper got sent off for absolutely nothing. He kicked off, smashed it from the half way line, my keeper caught it then got sent off.

weirdest glitch that has happened to me more then once is someone gets fouled and the announcer says free kick, the player will line up like he's taing a quick free kick, then he will just move and dribble it's weird. Like every so often the announcer says free kick and the ref blows his whistle for a foul but the other team disregards it haha

He could have made two yellow card worthy tackles that were waved play on. I have before and the ref handed me one, walked away and returned giving me a second and then the red. Was weird. That could explain it.

I remember on FIFA 08 or 09 there was this glitch where the referee would never give advantage if it was a penalty decision. I was playing my brother and his striker was in the box, I absolutely smashed him and the ball went in anyway. Referee calls it back, gives my player a very lenient yellow card an I save the penalty.

That still happened to me a couple of times on FIFA 11.
