I think that's harsh on Rossi, he represented Italy in pretty much every youth level, it's not like he switched sides at the last minute or when he had already committed to a team.

Born and initially bred in USandA but then goes off glory hunting to Italy where he doesn't even make it into their World Cup squad, a squad that sucked donkey balls and didn't even make it out of the group. USandA on the other hand, wins their group and comes within a cunt hair of the quarters, and would have had a decent chance of progressing even further. He might have been a difference maker. So fuck him.

But you have Alitdore confused confused

True. But Altidoreskey needs some help. He can't do it all by himself. He needs somebody to take the pressure off. Otherwise, opponents focus all their defensive efforts on him and he gets bottled up.

Either that or he sucks goat ass. doh

He's pretty good player. He doesn't mind getting stuck in and is pretty powerful despite him not having a small frame. He dominated Alillididiriaai when Arsenal reserves played us on Thursday.

He's also nominated as our reserve play of the year (as well as Gill & Wooton)

To be honest this sounds like you are just being a tad bit bitter(which for some reason I don't think you'd deny if you are), US soccer has had quite a few footballers who spent a big portion of their young lives living in a foreign country but ended up playing for the US(just like Rossi but reversed of course) some even spent a big chunk of their adult life living in another country but chose to represent the US.

Brian Quinn, Preki, Tab Ramos, Hugo Perez, Janus Michikil(or something like that anyways, Polish guy) Thomas Dooley ect.

I don't know, in my opinion a lot of USMNT fans are way too harsh on Rossi.
