16 games is pretty decent though for Hull.

But you are Hull City. You don't lose away. Officially the best travellers in the league (eventhough QPR has more road points at present)

Not face palm worthy. It was true when I stated it.

Anyone else watching final score? You see the QPR fans invading the pitch thinking they've won promotion, only for Norwich to score a 94th minute winner a couple of minutes later to delay their promotion. One of those funny moments in football .

It'd be funnier if it really did prevent their promotion. But their promotion is a formality.

How does Norwich winning affect QPR though? Wouldn't it be Cardiff?

Two teams get promoted....Norwich weren't on enough points without the victory to challenge QPR.
With that in mind...even if QPR lost all their games and Cardiff finished 1st, QPR would still finish in 2nd and be promoted.

It's still mathematically possible for QPR not to get 1st or 2nd. If they lose out, Norwich wins out and Cardiff wins out and somehow manages to make up a 13 goal difference. So yea, not gonna happen

Norwich were currently in 3rd place on 78 points until they scored the winner.
QPR were currently 1st with 85 points. 7 points ahead of Norwich with only 2 games to go but as Norwich scored the winner, the gap closed to 5 points
QPR would have went up had Cardiff either Lost or Drew at Preston.
Tables like this:
QPR: 85 pts GD 38
Norwich: 80 pts GD 24
Cardiff: 79 pts GD 25
