LW: maybe Russia with Arshavin and Zhirkov? or Wales with Bale, Giggs and Bellamy
DM: Italy is a good idea, De Rossi, Motta, maybe Pirlo and Montolivo even though they're deep-lying-playmakers

Hardly as class as Mascherano and Cambiasso mind.

As for LW, how about Russia? Arshavin, Bilyaletdinov, Zhirkov, Torbinskiy.

EDIT: Ahh, someone beat me to Russia Rolling Eyes

I know but there have been quite a few really good ones that just never made the jump for economic, political and personal reasons.

Like Ramon Morales, and Ramon Ramirez.

Both were beast. Ramon Ramirez was actually better than Hugo Sanchez in my opinion. Horrific injuries slowed him down.

Ramon Ramirez is possibly the coolest name I've ever heard.

Most of generation of Mexican players will probably end up playing club football in Europe though thankfully.

Antonio Floro Flores is the coolest name ever.

DM for italy (de rossi, pirlo, gattuso back then, montolivo, palombo, nocerino). FYI pirlo plays deeper than gattuso and ambrosini which makes him a DM

    AM holland for sure, GK-germany CM-spain RB-brazil LB-france CB-england, those are givens

portugal produces the best wingers in general, both RW and LW. there's not enough world class LW's in the world anyway to justify creating a separate group for them

besides, most wingers in portugal are comfortable on either wing: cron, nani, simao, quaresma, etc
