You misunderstand.

Agreed, he is a very complex character that is misunderstood by many.
Here was my discussion. Nobody wanted to discuss it though.Jord wrote:
Is this Liam Neeson?

Eternal do you read the books? If not, Why not?
Jord are you enjoying the show? Best show ever?
Jord wrote:I the 2nd season still based of the the Game of Thrones book. Or is it the 2nd book but with the same name?
I think he's great. The actors great too, fantastic skill putting on that accent.Eternal Witcher wrote:Forgot to mention why Tyrion is overrated. When there's a solitary character with comedic value in a serious setting, he gets all the attention.
Although I'm not saying he isn't more fleshed out, he's still a great character.

I just feel as though things get really interesting when Tyrion shows up. All his lines are amazing and the actor uses them perfectly. Although looking at some websites he does seem to be the mainstream 'favourite character of the show'. But honestly beyond all that he's definitely one of my favourites.
I like Lord Varys too for some reason.

Ahh Jory Cassel, I am going to miss the guy.
So sad too, because his father died fighting alongside Eddard as well.

Interesting how the series follows the book almost identically. You'd give props to the tv series writer, but all he had to do was ctrl-c, ctrl-v.
Jord wrote:Not really identical. I heard they cut a massive chunk out where Tyrion fights in that battle(The one where the hill tribes force him to fight with them). In the TV series he gets knocked out instead, obviously due to budget reasons.
In the book, he does say quite a bit.Eternal Witcher wrote:Lu❣s Suarez wrote:"Jory Cassel is with the Stark party that finds the direwolves in the snow. He claims it is an omen that the direwolf had an antler stuck in its throat and that the direwolf pups had been born after their mother had died."

Doesn't say much, isn't around much, but when he dies, I was absolutely gutted. Says a lot, fit the brave, loyal soldier really well.
