Brighton Promoted Last Night

Brighton were promoted to the championship last night after a 4-3 win over Dagenham. From relegation last season, Gus has done a wonderful job, a pitch invasion and magical celebrations followed the final whistle last night. First team promoted in the football league, COME ON

I'm a season ticket holder, so of course

For some reason we had our 2nd goalkeeper in between the posts and the goal was shocking for us to give away....such a massive howler....that said we've had worse this season (the Burnley "hit the ball against your defender" one ).

When you had the lead you kept possession very well though...the only other team to do that to us was Swansea and they play very nice football.

I think a draw would've been a fair result, but we just couldn't find the net despite some good chances.

I actually met the Brighton team last Summer when I was at the airport....they were going to Portugal for pre season friendlies and my dad + brother being Spurs fans had a good chat with Poyet whilst we were checking in. Then I heard that the team got in a fight with a team in Portugal a few weeks after

Things are very much on the up for you, couldn't have timed the opening of the stadium better. The same year as going up, you are sure to have some crowds of 20,000 there!
