Think it's pretty sad if Liam was banned just because of the Berbatov stuff.
I think Berbatov has been underrated..not overrated for years now. How can someone who is constantly abused despite great performances be overrated?
Yes now he's scoring goals....but Berbatov has never just been about goals. You have to be a really shallow football fan if you think Berbatov has just suddenly become good and that anyone who says Berbatov is good is saying so after 1 game.....anyone who says that if a joker!

To be honest, in his first 2 seasons, he wasn't good for us, he didn't work with our style, slowed us down way too much, but this season he's fitted in really well, I was on his back in his first and second season, not happy with his performances, but I've been happy since the community shield this season, and I've had this signature before the Liverpool game.

For me he was being played wrong. At Spurs he wasn't an accessory....he was the main striker and the team played to his advantages.
With Man United especially when Ronaldo was playing......you had Rooney and Ronaldo ahead of him and you buy him for £30m but he was never considered a key player.
This season Rooney isn't scoring and Berbatov is. It's a role reversal...and it seems like their positions on the field have been swapped too. Is it really a coincidence that their fortunes on the score sheet have swapped too? Make Berbatov the focal point....and he will be a top goal scorer.
