I know it's policy on some forum hosts to disallow piracy discussion. I had planned a blog on this, but I wouldn't bother, if it's against the rules. So can I, if I keep it on a good level, make a blog about it?

You can post files that are uploaded to file share sites as we will not be responsible for them. As long as we're not hosting them then we're doing nothing wrong.

Alright. I doubt they'd have problems with a blog that tries to post decent points about it, and not going all out against either side, but rather trying to say what could be done better.
