Cardiff city fan falls from upper tier.

A Cardiff football supporter has been seriously injured after falling from a stand during the Cardiff match at Millwall, say the Metropolitan Police.

Eye-witnesses said the 30-year-old man fell about 20 ft (6m) from the upper tier seating at the New Den ground.

A police spokesman said officers are investigating but no-one has been arrested.

The fan is in a serious but stable condition in a south London hospital.

He fell from the upper tier seating at the away supporters' end of the ground.

A London ambulance service spokesman said the man had sustained head injures

The championship game ended in a three-all draw. Play was not interrupted while paramedics treated the man at the scene.

Obviously I hope the bloke that fell makes a speedy recovery, and our website has reported that he's awake and knows where he is, and has only sustained neck and head injuries (lucky man), but to climb on to that little railing (most fans that have visited The Den will know it's tiny) and start giving ****** signs whilst jumping around was very stupid, so he learned his lesson the hard way. Also, what's the reason a Cardiff fan threw a bottle at his own players after their 2nd?

What a load of complete fucking shit above. He is in their firm, he spent the whole first half doing cut throat and stabbing gestures, he did the finger running, he was pointing to the exit, he was calling it on, he was gesturing with his phone to organise something. He was pointing at millwall in block 1 and doing the cut throat. He gave it the big one from the moment he walked in. If it was a fan celebrating then I would feel sorry for him but he wasn't. Don't be so naive. If he had the chance to clump anyone of you he would. I sit in block one and watched him fall. If he had been a normal fan celebrating then he wouldn't have got the reaction he did when he fell. He fell because he was giving it the biggun. Now get a fucking grip of yourselves and realise that he was a cunt. He hasn't got bruising,trust me. He snapped his fucking back in two. He was the most aggressive away fan I've seen in the away end for a long time. He went beyond a bit of banter. Also, it was his muggy firm behind him that sent him over.
