...some new bans are in place, so take note
We’ve been looking for that extra 10%. That last piece of the
jigsaw. Nine games to go - five of them at the KC. But do you know what?
We’ve done all we can, so we’re handing over to you.

And who better than the Tigers Faithful to deliver that extra ingredient and give the lads the best possible chance of fulfilling the dream end to our season?

With the responsibility we now put on your shoulders comes some new rules we've put in place for the Norwich match. There is a:

Ban on the hiding of flags* – if you’ve got one you’ve got to bring and display it and if you’ve not, we're going to give a load away on Saturday anyway
Ban on silence - from kick-off, the stadium belongs to you, and you’ve 90 minutes to raise the roof of the KC with the sound of your support
Ban on muted displays of Tigers passion – you’ve got to give it everything you’ve got!

Nigel and the team are doing their bit. There’s nothing more we can
do. So when Elvis leaves the building at 3pm the stage, the stadium,
the team – it’s yours. Get to your seat before 2:45pm (because we’ve a
little surprise - and it's NOT goal music!!!). And make sure our visitors remember your very own WELCOME TO HULL!

*We’re creating the platform from which you will
decorate the KC and fill it with passion, but we’ve still got to
consider health and safety, so, no giant flag poles and don’t drape
flags over exit signs! Apart from that, off ya go! Smile

When Elvis leaves the building‏.. 70955 That's the email I got but i've got the link to it on OWS
    http://www.hullcityafc.net/page/NewsDetail/0,,10338~2318191,00.html

Anything goes on Saturday, just don't cover exit signs or bring flag poles.

It was pretty decent the night I went, though it was the biggest moment in Hull's history at the time.

Shit right now. It was great before the Premier League and the first year it was there.

Last season was shite, this season been just as bad. It was fine us being loud when we was shooting up the leagues but now the stadium is really showing how bad it is for atmosphere.(the design and layout seating)

Our renewals haven't come through for next season so i'm assuming they are messing with the layout of stadium. Stick away fans in a corner and try to create a 'kop' effect with the home fans behind the goal.

We outsung you at your place. When Elvis leaves the building‏.. 688105 And yeah that night was probably the best atmosphere the KC has seen. Closely followed by Huddersfield and Bristol at home in Divison 3 when we finally got out of that league.

When Elvis leaves the building‏.. 599439 Our away support is pretty good I would say. Despite us not being the biggest club in the league by a fair bit and being one of the poorest citys in England, we travel in decent numbers.

Our away support has always been good.

I know I mention this alot, but us taking 7,000 fans to Hillsborough on a freezing Wednesday night in December was special. Especially when we was only averaging 21,000 at home. Thats 1/3 of our support that turned up that night. Laughing

We just don't have that Neutral

We have to compete with too many big clubs, and the immigrants aren't all that interested in local clubs too.

A few of the people who come are those who aren't really fans, but want to see football and it's too expensive/impossible to watch teams like Spurs, Arsenal and Chelsea.

We've got good away support around London clubs, but further then that people don't bother/can't afford it.

Our attendances have been so low this season....our biggest two attendances are 15k vs Doncaster in September Laughing...and 14k vs Brighton in the FA Cup in January scratch

We were getting that regularly last season....hopefully the good form this season will bring in more season ticket holders...of course if we get promoted there will be a rush of fans Neutral

Yeah, that's what I like about us. We SHOULD have no competition for fans. Nearest club is Scunthorpe and they are on the otherside of the humber to us. York are closeish, but East Yorkshire is basically ours.

That is why i'm excited if we do manage to get council to sell us the stadium. Our owners want to half ticket prices, while upgrading to 38,000 capacity. With tickets at 12 or 13 quid for adults, we should easily get 30,000+ in there.

I don't get how we took 2500 to accrington last year and 3000 to Rochdale when that is basically our home sport Laughing Rotherham was good though last week with their shit support and ground.
James what's scunthorpe like? Laughing seen as I may be going there next year

Bury getting fans is simply impossible. We get fans when united and city cling ons come like few years ago against accrington when we could have gone up Sad 7500 bury fans were there!
But around here uve got burnley, blackburn, Bolton, city, united, Oldham and rochdale

Leyton Orient is the best League 1 away day. They have blocks of flats in each corner. We went there end of April and it was a really hot day, and in the flat nearest away fans, some fat man was sat watching the game with his moobs out so he got a load of abuse Laughing

Their away section is amazing for making an atmosphere aswell, and stewards don't make you sit on those dodgy seats Wink
