He's still got it, just a natural goalscorer. If he's used like they use him in the German National team I'm sure he'd get at least 20 in the Premiership. I'd like him playing for someone like Spurs, in front two good wingers and one amazing treq.

Well.....he left at a very early age to Germany and his dad was ethnically German anyway.

Both him/Podolski weren't wrong to go for Germany over Poland...Poland being shit aside they both spent most of their lives in Germany.

Well Podolski didn't choose Germany. Germany was his only option. He wanted to play for Poland and declared himself for Poland numerous times. Our coach said that we have 200 strikers of Podolski's standard in Poland and that he'd have no place in the team. () So when Germany came at his doorstep months later, he accepted.
