Re: Steve Kean to be sacked.
Didn't they give him a 5 year contract? Pretty mad to give him that long a contract just to sack him a few weeks later.

Re: Steve Kean to be sacked.
STEVE KEAN was left clinging to his job as Blackburn boss on Saturday night.
The club's Indian owners were in London intent on entering talks over ending the two-year contract the Scot signed at the start of January.
Rovers' defeat at Fulham left them hanging just two points above the bottom three after a run of seven defeats in 12 games.
Former Fulham assistant Kean, who still lives in London, is believed to have been diverted from Craven Cottage for discussions with owner Anuradha Desai.
The Venky's group, who bought the club last autumn, offered him a long-term deal just two months ago and claimed weeks later that he was "unsackable".
But their strategy for marketing Rovers in Asia depends crucially on the former Premier League champions retaining top-flight status.
Venkys are thought to be keen on appointing a foreign manager at Ewood Park
And they are now worried that with teams below them in the table beginning to find form, the team is in grave danger of relegation.
Rovers sacked Sam Allardyce on December 13 when they were in the top 10 and they have since slipped down the Premier League and been knocked out of the FA Cup.
Their last win came at home to West Brom on January 23.
Venkys are thought to be keen on appointing a foreign manager at Ewood Park.
They still have to face Manchester United, Manchester City and Arsenal in the League after the controversial 3-2 defeat at Fulham.
Fans have started turning on Kean in recent matches despite initially warming to his attacking style in the early weeks of his reign.
There has also been concern at the influence on the club of Jerome Anderson, who has been working on a consultancy basis with chicken farmers Venky's.
Kean joined the club in 2009 as first team coach after spells as assistant at Reading, Fulham, Real Sociedad and Coventry - the last three under Chris Coleman.

If these cunts are willing to put shed loads of money in, I don't think Rafa is a million miles away from the job.

Yes. But Rafa wants to work in England.
If these Venkys people are wanting to do a Man City, then I think Rafa will go there.
Rafa has a lot of pull with the Spanish players, and players in general. People do want to play under him.
Even if it doesn't work out, there'll be a fat contract in it for him.
I'm not saying it's likely, but I wouldn't rule it out.
