it must be irritating for you, that you dont even have to leave Cali to find prettier, better and more interesting places than L.A.
San Diego & San Francisco are both better in my opinion. San Diego is my favourite part of Cali.

Yeah same, I found most of LA really dull when I was in Cali.

Here. Will never leave this country - even 2 week holidays seem like too long, gets to about 10 days and I want to come back. Hate it here, but I hate everywhere else.

I'm a miserable prick really.. Neutral

What makes you so sure of that? The evidence against here was dodgy at best, and the proceedings were farcical. I don't know if she did it or not (just like you couldn't possibly). The only thing I do know for a fact is this: she didn't get even the slightest resemblance of a fair trial. Anybody who thinks she did is either: 1) an Italian honk or 2) a fucking retard without the faintest concept of contemporary due process.

    Same as Dan.

I don't like where I live, too many immigrants.....but it's my home and everywhere else isn't where I'm from and it doesn't feel right.......

I don't really get homesick when I'm on holiday...it's more internet/tv/general life sick. If I took that stuff abroad I'd probably think differently.

I guess it depends on the amount of money I had, but I'd love to live in a place like Switzerland where I could ski all the time...or Spain where it's a nice climate and not too different from home.

blaming it on an innocent black man in a hugely racist country smacks of guilt! if she didn't do it, she had no reason to blame anyone else!

Really? That's your conclusive proof that she did it? Seriously? Do you even consider the circumstances that that accusation may have been made? Perhaps after dozens of hours of abusive interrogation?

so the Knox family claim. they also claimed that "foxy knoxy" wasn't given food or drink and she was physically abused! claims that were later retracted after the italian authorities took them to court for libel! mr & mrs Knox are currently fighting the conviction by saying they made the accusations without intent. they are cunts and so's their daughter, who changed her story at least 3 times over the trials.
its typical american arrogance to question foreign methods. its just so much harder in Europe to prove ones innocence when guilty!

    No jury sequestration.
Learned judges sitting in the jury box with laymen (the same judges who make decisions on admissibility of evidence)
Prosecutorial appeals of not guilty verdicts/double jeopardy
A prosecutorial system that is more career driven than justice driven than pretty much any other western nation

This isn't American arrogance. How polemically half-witted, and somewhat bigoted I might add. This has nothing to do with my nationality. This is common sense. Italy's idea of due process is arcane. And with this case in particular, the prosecutor and head detective both have mountains of skeletons in their closets. They both have a history of false accusations and inappropriate prosecutions. The fact that you think it's the accused duty to prove their innocence in the first place demonstrates what a medieval sense of criminal procedure you have. Yikes.

the american arrogance i am referring to wasn't solely directed at you. rather the american media whose bullshit you choose to believe. it is the accused duty to prove their innocence in the face of such damning evidence and testimony. although the testimony of knox, guede & solicito (sp?) has changed from attempting to protect one another to blaming others throughout the trials. at the very least knox is guilty of attempting to pervert the course of justice by claiming false alibi's and false accusations. whether she is guilty (which i believe she is) or not, she deserves to spend an awful long time behind bars for her part in covering up the crime and for providing false testimony.
    let her hang!
