Isn't Coleman a right-back and Suarez a forward?
Bale is always a left-back to me.

Stupid reason. Luis has only played one game and he is on the poll.

Re: Best Premier League Winger
A few months ago I would have said Malouda, now i'd say Nani or Bale, probably Nani. Nasri is the best player out of the lot of them though imo.

Bale for me, closely followed by Nani. But Bale just edges it.

Nani because Nasri shouldn't even be in this poll.

The likes of Giggs, Silva, Nasri. They are not even wingers. They're inside players, who create and play in zone and inbetween the lines.

Still no Dempsey....which is a shame, since he has the same amount of goals as Malouda -- most by any wingers in the league.

Re: Best Premier League Winger
I think Nasri is the best player on the poll.
He's not a winger but just as good as any of those players when on the wing.

Close between Nani and N'Zogbia for me, even though he's not on that list.
Not his fault Wigan are shit.

Re: Best Premier League Winger
As per the Premier League itself, Clint Dempsey has been the 7th best midfielder this year, taking only into consideration wingers. Shame that he still is unable to find his way onto this poll, while other players such as Kuyt, Downing, and Johnson have.

The question is why people like Kuyt are on the poll its pretty obvious that nobody is going to vote for them but they have been added. I dont think players like Dempsey are worthy to be considered the best wingers in the league.

Re: Best Premier League Winger
Arguably, he is one of the most important players in the league today. He has 9 goals this season, which is 1/3 of the amount of goals scored by Fulham in the league this season. Here is a break down of his goals:
9/18 vs. Blackburn (1-1) earned a draw
10/2 vs. West Ham (1-1) go ahead goal, earned point
10/30 vs. Wigan (2-0) both goals, which includes game winning goal
11/27 vs. Birmingham (1-1) game tying goal
1/4 vs. West Brom (3-0) consolation goal
1/22 vs. Stoke (2-0) both goals against Stoke, game winner
2/5 vs. Aston Villa (2-2) goal secured a point for Fulham
So 6 of Dempsey's goals have directly led to Fulham points in the league -- 10 points of the 30 points Fulham has picked up this season. In addition, two of his other goals have ensured victory (in games in which only he scored), making just one of the nine goals he has scored this season truly redundant.
-- In addition, he has also been credited with three assists by the league. I don't recall which goals this equate to, but it's likely that they contributed to some points in the league as well.
