Apparently O'Neill wasn't happy that the media leaked it, so he didn't want the position anymore or something like that.

Never understood why he was interested if he was, he left Villa because of a lack in funds yet he would somehow be going to West Ham where they have less then what he was even offered at Villa? mind boggling
