    JMB you're silly if you think that, Rooney is still without goals one of our most important players, we need him involved.

    First of all well played Southampton and they deserved at least a replay on that first half display, unlucky.

    First half we were shite, partly to do with individual performances.. one of the worst games I've ever seen Anderson play, he's a lot better than that.

    But it was down to system as well, wasn't right without width, but when Giggs and Nani came on we had more with Obertan right and Nani left, Nani made a big impact, so did Giggs.

    We done well when they came on and Hernandez comes up with another big goal, wasn't easy to put that away when he was falling on the floor, nice header from Owen as well.

    Overall I'm delighted with the result.

    Rooney is massive in us winning something, don't be fooled by his goals, he's got 10 assists and has been one of our best players in his past 5 games or so.. he's been in awful scoring form for a while, and playing form, but he's started playing well.
