Re: What would you rather be?
Club manager, you can buy players to change your squad, plus you'd be with your players more being able to shape the team and squad better.

This. Plus you're not likely to get as much shit from the media and fans.

Re: What would you rather be?
International
Easier
More money involved
Less chance of me being sacked if I do shite
Talking to players who speak my language
I can sit on my arse for a good few months and still be earning

Re: What would you rather be?
Yeah well, I think International job would be easier.
But I love football and would want to get stuck in.

Actually you have to work really hard, thinking up new formations to try and going along to loads of EPL matches free of charge to watch how the english players are doing.

Re: What would you rather be?
Club manager. Buy new players, get to take the club in the direction you want.
Mainly cos I wouldn't wanna be national manager with all them millions of people watching you and cos of the fact every England manager gets raped by the media.

I'd be the manager of the Solomon Islands though, so there would be no media pressure.

Re: What would you rather be?
Would probably be better being a club manager, more to do, but being an International Manager looks so good, you just get to go and watch EPL matches for free whilst earning millions, what a life

As in the England manager is going to have more media hype and pressure than say the manager of Tonga.

Re: What would you rather be?
I'd be delighted to be either.
But club manager first of all. I think I have what it takes to bring a club success, and I think i'd be very efficient in the transfer market.

No. I mean, if you are English, you'll have less pressure/criticism than if you are say Spanish/French/Italian etc.

Re: What would you rather be?
Club managers usually get to build their own team and have more control over what happens....you also have a lot to do instead of popping in to watch the odd football game now and again.
International managers = pick best players or get in trouble.

And then you woke up, or turned off FM/FIFA/PES.
Take your pick.

You better fire up Fifa then if you want to win the PL this season
