How does fighting show lack of spirit?

Obviously if spirit etc. is high then you're going to have a little bust-up in the heat of the moment, Drogba & Terry did it at then end of the Villa game..

Obviously there going to be heated moments on the traning ground between players, but when it's an arrogent prick with a massive ego thats involved (Adebayor), you begin to question the team spirit and players falling out.
